OGMRip è un applicazione e un insieme di librerie per effettuare operazioni di ripping e encoding di DVD in fomati come AVI, OGM, MP4 o Matroska usando un ampia varietà di codec. Tornando a noi, oggi impareremo a nascondere delle frasi all'interno di innocue immagini: una immagine JPEG, per esempio, tra il valore binario iniziale e quello finale contiene i cosiddetti "markers" attraverso i quali è possibile, modificandoli, inserire delle informazioni; non fatevi spaventare da quanto detto finora... la pratica è semplice e alla portata di tutti. Procuriamoci un programma chiamato JHEAD e mettiamolo in C , quindi prendiamo una immagine, anche presa da Internet, e mettiamo anch'essa in C; a questo punto apriamo il DOS di windows (da start - tutti i programmi - accessori) e andiamo nella directory C con il comando cd \ a questo punto digitiamo il comando jhead nomeimmagine e avremo accesso a diverse informazioni relative all'immagine in questione; adesso diamo il comando jhead -ce nomeimmagine e noteremo che si aprirà il blocco note di windows: questo comando, infatti, ci consente di inserire dei commenti sfruttando i markers di cui abbiamo parlato prima. Una volta scritto quello che vogliamo salviamo e... fine del gioco. Basterà spedire l'immagine a qualcuno il quale dovrà eseguire il comando jhead nomeimmagine per leggere ciò che abbiamo scritto. Concludo dicendo che la procedura richiede 30 secondi, se volete divertirvi a provarla sapete come fare.
