Gammu is a project which encompasses applications, scripts and drivers for managing various functions on cellular phones and similiar devices. It is a stable and mature codebase with support for many models available on the market and provides functions unavailable in other similiar projects. Long term development is oriented towards making a shared API for classes of device rather than supporting single phone models (which are eventually made obsolete with the arrival of new models). This software was earlier (up to version 0.58) named MyGnokii2, current name Gammu is not connected with Gammu from "Heretics of Dune" written by Frank Herbert. We name this "main" project core too, because there are various other projects based on it available now.

Burn.app is a GNUstep based CD burning program for GNU/Linux. It serves as front-end for Jörg Schilling's cdrtools, cdrdao, and cdparanoia. You will no longer need to remember ugly command line parameters for cdrecord or write shell scripts. With Burn.app you compile your CD by point-and-click operation and save your projects for later reuse. Burn.app will hide as many settings as possible from you, thus making it very easy and user-friendly to create your own CDs. Among others the following features have been added:

Griffith is a film collection manager application. Adding items to the movie collection is as quick and easy as typing the film title and selecting a supported source. Griffith will then try to fetch all the related information from the Websites related to movies, like IMDB. Griffith is known to run on GNU Linux and Microsoft Windows systems. Probably, it will run on other POSIX compatible operating systems where a gtk+ environment is available, including FreeBSD, MacOS X, OpenBSD and Solaris.
